fresh off the press!
a few mins ago, i was sitting in the office and in comes an entitled man we're all oh so familiar with.
"hey carissa, what are you doing on Tuesdays from 5.15-5.45?"
"mm.... nothing, why?"
"I'm sorry I shouldn't have asked it like that" (you bet u shouldn't have!)
"I need someone to proctor my exam for 30 mins. I'm having a hard time scheduling supervision bla bla bla............. oh, I'm sorry I left my mess around in this office. I even left my broken toothpick on the desk. That's kind of disgusting" (walks over to clean the mess)
"Have they been in your mouth?"
"No comment."
"Yeah, that is kind of disguting."
"hehe... Thank's so much for proctoring for me. I will do something nice for you." (way to be ambiguous)

lol. that is hilarious. i am literally laughing out loud in the orange intern room at 7 G's. hahahahhaha...so funny. i can't BELIEVE he left chewed up toothpicks laying around. And "do something nice?" what the hell? oh gracious.

ReplyDeleteI love your post title. So appropriate! I can add to this story. So, today, this same entitled individual asks around the lounge.. "I need to use someone's cell phone. Anyone have a cell phone I could use?"

oh and the kicker, he reaches out his hand expectantly after the last comment. Unbelievable!
